Online selling and international orders

One of the fantastic things about the internet is that selling online has enabled many small businesses to access international markets.

At the Small Business Expo in Melbourne last weekend I listened to a talk by William Mulholland from McMahons Lawyers regarding some of the legal issues that face small businesses.

It got me thinking about the risks of doing business online. Clients have often asked me, “Should I send this order to….?” It’s always better to be informed than sorry, so I put together this page as a guide to the risks of international selling online >>
